Fruit Bar Packing Machine Operating Procedures:

1. Turn on the power switch in the electric control box, turn on the main power air switch, and the power indicator light is on.
2. Turn on each heater switch of the packaging machine, the heating indicator light is on, and it usually takes 20 minutes to reach the set temperature.
3. Install the packaging film, jog to make the packaging film pass through the two rollers, then open the rubber pressing roller control handle, pull it through the bag maker to the lower conveyor belt, and close the handle.
4. Press the start button to start the equipment, cut 4-5 bags, observe the forming condition of the packaging film, measure the bag length, and observe the automatic tracking condition.
5. Adjust the cutter tracking position.
6. Supply the snack bar to the feed conveyor, close the clutch, manually pull the conveyor to a proper position, and close the clutch.
7. The machine will automatically complete the snack bar packaging process.

About After-sales Service:

• Debug service: Before the snack bar packing machine is shipped, we will complete the debugging of the machine, conduct a test run, and send the test machine video to the customer. And we accept third party inspection.
